perimeter=36cm

third side = 36-(13+13)

                =36-26

                10cm

now, using herons formula,(s=p/2)(p is the perimeter so s=36/2=18)

area=√(s-a) (s-b) (s-c)

       =√(18-10) (18-13) (18-13)

       =√8×5×5

       =√200

       =10√2cm² or 14.1421cm²
