 \large \bold{ \underline{ \underline{ \:  \sf  Answer : \:  \:  \:  }}}

 \to The area of an isosceles triangle is 200 cm²

 \large \bold{ \underline{ \underline{ \:  \sf Explaination : \:  \:  \:  }}}

Given ,

Side of isosceles triangle = 20 cm

We know that ,

 \large {\bold{ \fbox{ \fbox{ \sf \: Area  \: of  \: isosceles \:  \triangle =   \frac{1}{2} \times  {(side)}^{2}   }}}}

 \to \sf{Area \:  of  \: isosceles  \: \triangle =  \frac{1}{2} \times   {(20)}^{2} } \\  \\ \to  \sf{Area \:  of  \: isosceles  \: \triangle =  \frac{1}{2} \times  400 } \\  \\ \to  \sf{Area \:  of  \: isosceles  \: \triangle =  \frac{400}{2} } \\  \\ \to \sf{Area \:  of  \: isosceles  \: \triangle =  200  \:  \:   {cm}^{2} }

 \therefore The area of isosceles triangle is 200 cm²
