SOLUTION

If a triangle have sides a,b,c then the area of the triangle can be written as.....

♀ √s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c) ♀

where s = (a+b+c)/2

Acc to your question

a = 48cm

b = 30cm

c = 30cm

s = (48 + 30 + 30)/2

s = 54cm

(s - a) = 54 - 48 = 6cm

(s - b) = 54 - 30 = 16cm

(s - c) = 54 - 30 = 16cm

= 54(6)(16)(16)

= (3)²(6)²(16)²

= 3×6×16

Area = 288cm²
