Sides are 25,25 and 40 cm.

Semiperimeter = 25+25+40 / 2
= 45

BY HERON'S FORMULA,
Area of triangle = √S(S-a)(S-b)(S-c)
= √45(20)(20)(5)
= √90000
= 300 cm^2

as the three sides are given therefore
by herons formula
S=25+25+40/2=45
area of triangle=√S(S-side1) (S-side2) (S-side3)
=√45(45-25) (45-25) (45-40)
=√9×5×20×20×5
=3×5×20
=300cm^2
therefore the area of triangle=300cm^2
