Area =1/2×base×height


height(AC)
AD²=CD²+AC²
9²=6²+AC²
81-36=AC²
45=AC²
3√5=AC

Area=1/2×BD×AC
Area=1/2×12×3√5
Area=6×3√5
Area=40.24cm²
