so, AB = BC = 10 cm

AC = 6 cm

perimetre = AB + BC + AC

= 10 +10 +6

= 26 cm

semi -peri..= p/2

= 26/2

= 13 cm

area = √ s(s - a) (s - b) (s - c)

= √ 13 (13 - 10)(13 - 10)(13 - 6)

=√13×3×3×7

= 3×√13×7

= 3√91 cm^2
