The Perimeter of the triangle = 44cm

Equal sides are = 13cm

13+13= 26cm ( two sides of the isosceles triangle are equal )

total perimeter - equal sides = third side of the triangle

44 - 26 = 18 cm

The third side of the triangle is 18cm

Area of a triangle= 1/2 x base x height

base = 18 cm

height = 13cm

= 1/2 x 18 x 13

= 9 x 13

= 117 square cm
