Proof =》

Area of isosceles triangle =

 \frac{b}{4}  \sqrt{4a {}^{2} }  - b {}^{2}  \\  =  \frac{8}{4}  \sqrt{4 \times 10 {}^{2} { }^{}  - 8 {}^{2} }  \\  = 2 \sqrt{4 \times 100 - 64}  \\  \\  = 2 \sqrt{400 - 64}  \\  = 2 \sqrt{336}  \\  =  36.66
