Given :   A circle with center C. Point A lies on the circle such that the length of segment C A is 0.4 centimeters.

To find : Area of Circle

Solution:

C is center of the Circle

A is a point on circumference of Circle

=> CA = Radius of Circle

CA = 0.4 cm

=> Radius of Circle  = 0.4 cm

Area of Circle = π (Radius)²

π = 3.14

Radius = 0.4

=> Area of Circle = 3.14  ( 0.4)²

=> Area of Circle = 0.5024  cm²

Area of Circle = 0.50 cm²
