r=10cm
 \frac{22}{7}  \times 10 \times 10
 =  \frac{2200}{7}  {cm}^{2}

\pi {r}^{2}
r =  \frac{56}{2 }  = 28cm
 \frac{22}{7 }  \times 28 \times 28 \\  =  \frac{17248}{7}  = 2464 {cm}^{2}
