Find the area of circle whose diameter is 12 cm with pie 22/7

area of circle = (pie) r^2
= 22/7 × 6×6. ( radius= 6cm)
= 113.04 cm^2

 \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  = 22 \div 7 \times 6 \times 6
 \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  = 22 \times 36 \div 7
 \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  = 792 \div 7
 \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  = 113.142857142857
