First of all find the area of the rectangle formed after joining AD

Then find the area of trapezium ADEF

And add them.

First of all area of rectangle=lxb=300cm sq.

Area of trapezium ADEF= 1/2 x (sum of || sides) x height

=21x4=84cm sq.

Total area=384 cm sq.
