                                         =           L * B            +    ( π r²) / 2

                                         =           4 * 3            +    ( 3.14 *  2²) / 2

                                         =           12                +    ( 3.14 * 4) / 2

                                         =           12                +   6.3

      Area of the shape01  =           18.3  cm²          

2. Area of the shape02

= area of rectangle + area of the semi-circle01 + area of semi-circle02

=           L * B            +    ( π r²) / 2                         +    ( π r²) / 2      

=           4 * 3            +    ( 3.14 * 2²) / 2                  +    ( 3.14 * 1²) / 2  

=           12                +    6.3                                   +   1.6

=  19.9 cm²

      Area of the shape02=   19.9 cm²
