hey mate

here goes your answer ⏩⏩⏩⏩

☣❄firstly , find the area of rectangle

area of rectangle = l*b = 10*50 = 500 cm^2

☣❄now, find the height of trapezium

height of the trapezium = 70-50 = 20 cm

☣❄area of trapezium = 1/2 * ( sum of parallel sides )*h

= 1/2*40*20 = 400 cm^2

☣❄area of 2 trapezium = 800 cm^2

☣❄add the areas now ⤵⤵⤵⤵

= 500+800 cm^2 = 1300 cm^2

hope it helps you ☺☺

Answer:

900 cm²

Step-by-step explanation:

let the altitude of upper trapezium be x cm and lower trapezium be y cm

area of rectangle=50×10cm²=500cm²

Now,

sum of area of 2 trapeziums=½×40×x cm²+½×40×y cm²

=20x+20y cm²

=20(x+y)cm²

=20(70-50)cm²

=400 cm²

Total area=900cm²

please check the previous answer its wrong.

bye bye
