So room is in the shape of Cuboid.

Therefore LSA of Cuboid = 2*h*(l+b)

Given l=12 m

           b=10 m

           h=7.5 m

So, LSA = 2* 7.5 *(12+10)

             = 15*(22)

             = 330 sq.m

Therefore area of four walls of a room is 330 sq.m
