as we know the measurements of outer rectangle as below

length = 116m

breadth = 76m

hence now we can find the measurements of inner rectangle.

length = 116 - (3+3)

= 116 - 6

= 110

breadth = 76 - (3+3)

= 70

area of inner rectangle = length × breadth

= 110 × 70

= 7700
