find the area of isosceles triangle one side is 10cm greater then each side of its perimeter is 100cm

let the equal sides be x
therefore the other side is x+10.
According to question
x+x+(x+10)=100
3x+10=100
3x=100-10
x=90/3
x=30
Therefore the equal sides are 30cmand the third side is 40cm.
