perimeter = 26

x+x+10 = 26

2x=26-10

x=16/2

x=8

now

semi perimeter= 26/2

S= 13

hero's formula=√s(s-a) (s-b) (s-c)

=√13(13-10) (13-8) (13-8)

=√13x3x5x5

=5√13x3

=5√26

=5x5.099

=25.495cm²
