Hiii friend,
Let ∆ABC be an isosceles triangle.
In which BC is base and AB , AC is two equal sides
Given :- Base (B) = 16 cm
Two equal sides AB and AC (A)= 10 cm
Therefore,
Area of ∆ABC = 1/4 × B × ✓4A²-B² cm².
=> 1/4 × 16 × ✓ 4 × (10)² - (16)²
=> 4 × ✓4 × 100 - 256
=> 4✓400 - 256
=> 4✓144
=> 4 × 12
=> 48 cm².
