\huge\bold\green{ solution }

isosceles triangle ;

where two sides of triangle is equal

let , triangle "A" and "B" = x

and another side be = y

area \: of \: isosacles \:  =  \frac{1}{4} b \sqrt{4a ^{2} - b^{2}  }  \\  \\  =  \frac{1}{4} b \sqrt{4x ^{2}  - y ^{2} }  \\  \\  =  \frac{1}{4} 2bx - y \\  \\   \frac{1}{2} bx - y

hence, area of isosceles ∆= 1/2 bx-y
