Since we have to fit a circle in a square of side 14 cm than we come to know that the largest circle that can be fit in a this square has diameter 14 cm than the radius will be 7 cm so the area of circle of radius 7 cm is
49 \times \pi
49 \times 22 \div 7
 = 22 \times 7

=154{cm}^2
