Hey mate ,

Area of triangle = 1/2 × base × height

Area of ∆ABC = 1/2 × 20× 3

= 10×3

= 30 cm ^2

since sides of triangle ADC are also same so area will also be same i.e. 30 cm^2

Thus area of quadrilateral ABCD = 2×Area of triangle

= 2×30

= 60 cm^2
