In △ABC :-

Since,

It is a Right Angled △.

Let, BC and BE = x

By Pythagoras Theorem

(13)² = (x)² + (12)² + (x)²

(13)² = 25

x = 5,

BC = 5.

Area of Triangle ABC = 1/2×12×5 = 30

In △ACD :-

Since,

It is an Equilateral △

Area = √3/4(Side) = 36√3

Area of Quadrilateral = 36√3+30
