 \huge \underbrace \mathfrak \pink{Answer}

\underline\bold\red {Area\:of\:triangle\:PSR}

  = \frac{1}{2}  \times b \times h  \\  =  \frac{1}{2}  \times 12 \times 4 \\  = 24cm {}^{2}

\underline\bold\red {Area\:of\:triangle\:PQR}

 =  \frac{1}{2}  \times b \times h \\  \frac{1}{2}  \times 12 \times 8 \\  = 48 {cm}^{2}

\underline\bold\red {Area\:of\:quadrilateral\:=Area\:of\:Triangle\:PSR\:+Area\:of\:triangle\:PQR}

24+48=72{cm}^{2}
