Area of figure = ar( QRS ) + ar( PQS )

{Also area of triangle= 1/2 × base × height}

= (1/2 × 2.5 ×5.5) + (1/2 × 1.5 ×5.5)

= 1/2 × 5.5 ×( 2.5 +1.5)

= 1/2 × 5.5 × 4

=2× 5.5

=11cm²
