find the area of quadrilateral whose one diagonal is 20 cm long and the perpendicular to this diagonal from other vertex are of length 9 cm and 15 CM

Considering Triangle ABC
Area of ABC = 1/2 * BC * AE = 1/2 * 20 * 9 = 90cm²

Again in triangle DBC
Area of DBC = 1/2 * BC * DF = 1/2 * 20 * 15 = 150cm²

Now,
Area of quadrilateral ABCD =
area \: of \: abc + area \: of \: dbc
So,
Area of ABCD = 90 + 150 = 240cm²
