Finding roots of x² - 5 = 0

=> x² = 5

=> x = ±√5

x = √5 , x = -√5

But measures of rectangle

should not be negative.

length (l) = √5 , breadth (b)=√5

Area = lb

= (√5)(√5)

= 5 square units.
