\mathrm\blue{To \:find \:the \:area \:of \:rectangular}

We know the formula :

{\green{\overline{\green{\underline{\purple{\boxed{\pink{\mathtt{Area \:of \:Rectangular = Length × breath}}}}}}}}}

\huge\mathrm\red{→ A = L× B}

\huge\mathrm\red{→ A = 9m × 7m}

\huge\mathrm\red{→ A = 63m²}

\huge\bf\boxed{\boxed{\underline{\orange{Area = 63m²}}}}

Hi mate....✨

Greetings from our side !!!!

Q. Find the area of rectangle whose length is 9m and breadth 7m.

Ans:-

We know the formula already !!!

Area of a rectangle = length (l) × breadth (b)

Dimensions of this rectangle :-

→ Length = 9 m

→ Breadth = 7 m

Area of this rectangle = l × b

area=9m * 7m\\area=56m^{2}

⇒ Area of this rectangle is 56m² or 56 sq m

Some more to know:

Area is defined as the region covered by an object on a plane.

Area is always mentioned in unit square (like m², cm² )

There are some formula for area of particular polygons. Some of them are -

  • Area of circle = \pi r^{2}

here, r is radius of the circle

  • Area of square = side²

  • Area of rectangle = l × b

here, 'l' and 'b' is length and breadth of the rectangle respectively.

  • Area of triangle = \frac{1}{2}bh =  \frac{1}{2} b * h

here, 'b' and 'h' is the base and height of the triangle respectively.

  • Area of parallelogram = b × h

here, again 'b' and 'h' represents base and height of the parallelogram.
