diagonal = 70m

breadth = ?

using pythagoras theorem

68square + bsquare = 70 square

4624 + b^2 = 4900

b^2 = 4900 - 4624

b^2 = 276

therefore b = root 276

= 16.61

therefore area = length × breadth

=1129.7 m square
