BY DISTANCE FORMULA

AB = { (4-3)^2 + (5-0)^2}

= {(1)^2 + (5)^2}

= { 1 + 25 }

AB = 26

CD = { [-1 - (-1)] ^2 + [-2 -4]^2}

= { (0)^2 + (-6)^2}

= {0 +36}

CD =36

I don't think it is a rhombus

because the sides are not equal

for a quadrilateral to be a rhombus all the sides should be equal

please mark me as brainiest thanks
