Find the area of rhombus is each side of which measures 20cm and one of whise diagonal s is 24cmv

side of rhombus = 20 cm
therefore hypotenuse = 20 cm
one side = 24/2 = 12 cm
let the other side be X
x
 {x}^{2} + 12 ^{2} = 20 {}^{2}
x {}^{2} = 400 - 144 = 256

x = \sqrt{256} = 16
2x = 32
area of rhombus = 1/2 d1d2
= 1/2×24×32 = 384 cm2
