 = 8 \times 0.8 \\  = 8 \times 8  \div 10 \\  = 64 \div 10 \\  = 6.4 {cm}^{2}

13682: the answer is wrong because the height is 0.8 decimeter not 8 cm
13682: so we will multiply 0.8 by 10=8cm
