GIVEN THAT:::-

side of rhombus= 8cm

altitude of rhombus= 0.6dm

dm= 10cm

therefore, 0.6dm= 6cm

TO FIND:::-

area of rhombus= ??

WE KNOW THAT:::-

All rhombus are parallelograms

AREA OF RHOMBUS=AREA OF PARALLELOGRAM.

=BASE × ALTITUDE

= 8cm × 6cm
