As,we know that rhombus is a ||gm with all the sides equal.
Therefore, as it is a kind of ||gm .
so we can take it's area=b×h
area=13cm×2cm
=26cm^2

Hi !

Rhombus is a parallelogram with a pair of adjacent sides equal.

As it is a parallelogram , its area can be calculated with the same formula used for parallelogram , that is , base*height

Base = b = 13 cm
Height = h = 2 cm

Area = bh
         = 13*2
         = 26 cm²

Hence,
Area of the rhombus is 26 cm²
