As the diagonals of rhombus bisects each other by 90°

12²+half of second diagonal²=20²

Half of second diagonal=√{400-144}

Half of second diagonal =16

Second diagonal =16+16=32

Then

Area of rhombus =product of diagonals/2

Area of rhombus =32*24/2

Area of rhombus =12*32

Area of rhombus =384m²

 given side = 20m
diagonal = 24
from right angled triangle
d^2+12^2=20^2
d^2=400-144
d^2=256
d=16

so we have obtained another diagonal.

area of rhombus = pq/2
= 24x2(16)/2
=384squnits.
