Find the area of rhombus with side 14 cm and altitude 5.2cm.If one of its diagonal is 15 cm long. Find the length of its other diagonal.

Area of rhombus = base*altitude

Area of rhombus= 14*5.2 =72.8 sq.cm

Area of rhombus = 1/2*d1*d2 where d1 and d2 are the lengths of the two diagonals.

Therefore, area=1/2*15*d2

72.8=1/2*15*d2

=> d2= 145.6/15

d2= 9.70 cm
