Find the Area of ring between two concentric circles whose circumference are 110 cm and 66 cm

Circumference of Bigger circle =110 cm

2πR=110

2× 22/7×R=110

R= 2×7\22×110

R=70

Circumference of Smaller circle =66cm

2πr=66

2× 7/22×r= 66

r= 2×7/22×66

r=42

Area of the ring = Area of bigger circle − Area of smaller circle

=πR² - πr²

=π(R²-r²)

= 22/7(70²-42²)

=22/7(3136)

=9856cm
