Find the area of sector of a circle of radius 28 cm and central angle is 45°.

\Large{\boxed{\underline{\overline{\mathfrak{\star \: Answer :- \: \star}}}}}

\large{\boxed{\bold{Area\:of\:sector\:=\:308\:cm\:sq.}}}

formula required :-

⇒ A ↠ θ / 360 × πr²

❥ radius ( r ) ↠ 28 cm

central angle ( θ ) 45 °

❥ As we know that ,

The area (A) of a sector of a circle of radius (r) and central angle θ ( in degrees ) is given by :-

⇒ A ↠ θ / 360 × πr²

Here ,

r 28 cm

⇒ θ 45

Now ,

putting the values in the above formula

we get ,

⇒ A ↠ 45 / 360 × π × (28)²

⇒ A ↠ 1/8 × 22/7 × 28 × 28 cm ²

⇒ A ↠ 1/8 × 22/7 × 784 cm²

⇒ A ↠ 308 cm²

\large{\boxed{\bold{Area\:of\:sector\:=\:308\:cm\:sq.}}}
