Area =

 \frac{angle}{360}  \times \pi {r}^{2}

 \frac{60}{360}   \times  \frac{22}{7}   \times 14 \times 14

 \frac{1}{6}  \times 22 \times 2 \times 14

102.67 {cm}^{2}
