Given radius(r) =4.5cm

Area of semi circle=pie r^2/2

{value of pie=22/7 or 3.14}

=22/7×(4.5)^2/2

=3.14×20.25/2

=63.585/2

=31.7925cm^2

Area of semi circle=31.7925cm^2

Answer:

31.82 cm^2

Step-by-step explanation:

Radius=4.5, Pi value= 22/7

The formula for area of a circle is pi*r*r. Therefore, semi-circle is (pi*r*r)/2.

(22/7 *4.5*4.5)/2 gives 31.82 cm^2.

Hope this helps you.
