As we know that the semicircle is the half part of the circle, therefore, its semicircle will also becomes half.

Area of the semicircle = \dfrac{1}{2} × π × r²

Radius = 4r ( Given )

\therefore

Area = \dfrac{1}{2} × \dfrac{22}{7} × (4r)²

Area = \dfrac{11}{7} × 16r²

Area = 25.14r² unit²
