Find the area of shaded region if AB=6cm and BC=8cm.ABCD is a rectangle. ​

Answer:

length of diagonal of rectangle ABCD=

 \sqrt{( {8}^{2} +  {6}^{2}  )}

=10 cm

radius of circle = 5 cm

area of circle=

 \pi{5}^{2}

=78.5 cm

area of rectangle ABCD= 8*6= 48

area of shaded region = 78.5-48 =30.5
