$= \frac{theta}{360}* \pi *[ 14^{2} ] - \frac{theta}{360}* \pi *[ 7^{2} ]$
= theta / 360 * 22/7 * [ 196 - 49 ]
= 40 / 360 * 22/7 * 147
= 1/9 * 22/7 * 147
= 1/9 * 22 * 21
= 1/3 * 22 * 7
