Area of the shaded region = Area of square - {area of triangle first + area of triangle second + area of the trapezium} . ---
= 400 - {1/2*7*11 + 1/2*9*7 + 1/2*20*(13+5) }
= 400 - {77/2 + 63/2 + 180}
= 400 - {38.5+31.5+180}
= 400 - 250
= 150
