Quadilateral PQRS is a Trapezium

Area of trapezium = ½ × (sum of parallel sides) × height

A = ½ × (18+20) × 4

A =  \frac{38 \times 4}{2}  \\  \\ A = 38 \times 2 \\  \\  \boxed{A = 76 {cm}^{2} }

SRT is a ∆

Area of triangle = ½ × base × height

A= ½ × 18 × 5

A =  \frac{18 \times 5}{2}  \\  \\ A =  {9 \times 5} \\  \\ \boxed{ A = 45 {cm}^{2} }

_______________________________

Area of figure = Area of trapezium PQRS + Area of SRT

⇒76cm² + 45cm²

  \huge\boxed{A = 121 {cm}^{2} }
