find the area of the cardboard required to make a closed box with length 0.4m, breadth 35cm and heigth 15cm.


yasummu: The area of the carboard is 2(lb + bh + hl) = 2(40*35 + 35*15 + 15*40) = 2(1400 + 525 + 600) = 5050 cm square

Area of rectangular cardboard =1400sq.cm Length = 0.4m Breadth = 35cm Height = 15cm 1m = 100cm 0.4m = 0.4×100 = 40 volume of = l×b×h = 40×35×15 = 21000
