length of circumference = 2 pie 15 + 2 pie 13
2 pie (15 +13)
2×22/7×28
length =176 cm
so radius of circle = 28
so area = pie r^2
area = 22/7×28×28
area= 88×28 cm^2
area = 2464 cm^2
