Given:

A circle with

  • Radius = 30 cm

What To Find:

We have to find the area of the circle.

How To Find:

To find the area of circle we have to,

  • Know the formula of area of circle
  • Know the value of pi.
  • Substitute the values and solve to find the area of the circle.

Formula:

Area of circle = \sf{\pi r^2}

Solution:

Using the formula,

⇒ Area = \sf{\pi r^2}

Substitute the values,

⇒ Area = 3.14 × 30 × 30

Multiply 3.14 and 30,

⇒ Area = 94.2 × 30

Multiply 94.2 and 30,

⇒ Area = 2,826 cm²

∴ Therefore, the area of the circle is 2,826 cm².
