Answer:

circumference is 44 cm

2πr = 44

2 x 22/7 x r = 44

r = 7cm

area of circle = πr²

= 22/7 x 7 x 7

= 154cm²

thus area is 154cm²

hope this will help you...。◕‿◕。

\huge\bold\red{Question}

Find the area of the circle whose circumference is 44 cm ?

\huge\bold\green{Solution}

\bold{Circumference\:of\:circle} = \bold{44 cm}

\bold{Let\: radius\:be} \bold{ = r \:cm}

\bold{Formula\:of\:Circumference} = \bold{2πr}

\bold{2πr = 44\:cm}

\bold{2 \times  \frac{22}{7} \times r = 44}

\bold{r =  \frac{44 \times 7}{2 \times 22}  = 7 \: c.m}

\bold{radius = 7\:c.m}

\bold{Area\: of \:circle = πr^2}

=\bold{\frac{22}{7} \times 7 \times 7}

=\bold{(22 \times 7)}

=\bold{(154\:cm^2)}
