Find the area of the circle whose diameter is 6.2cm.

Area of circle = πr²

For radius.,

r =diameter/2 = 6.2/2 =3.1cm.

Now,

Area of circle = πr²

( value of π = 22/7)

= 22/7 3.1 3.1

=22/7 9.61

=30.19cm².
